We invite you to become part of our dental family! We are currently accepting new patients. Our team is committed to helping you achieve lifelong oral health. Do you have any questions? Would you like to take a tour of our office, or speak with our staff? We would love to meet you.
Getting to know your doctor on a personal level is important, because being able to trust your doctor’s decisions is crucial for your success. Good dentistry is more than excellent clinical skills and state-of-the-art equipment. Establishing lasting relationships with all our patients is important to us.
Your first visit is designed to be an information gathering appointment for you as well as the doctor. You will not receive your cleaning during this appointment. Dental findings will be explained to you either at this initial visit or at a subsequent consultation appointment.
Your initial exam will:
- Last approximately 2 hours, depending on your condition and needs
- Include necessary x-rays, pictures of your teeth and smile, and impressions or models of your mouth
- Include a review of your medical and dental condition and medications
- Include an oral cancer screening
- Include a detailed analysis of each tooth and gum tissue
- Include a complete evaluation of your bite and jaw joint (TMJ)
In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have convenient payment options for you to choose from. A qualified member of our front office staff will be happy to assist you with insurance claims and financial commitments.
To ensure quality service we do ask that the patient’s estimated portion be paid on date of service via: Cash, Check, CareCredit, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Each patient will be provided an estimate to the best of our abilities based on the procedures they require, but the estimate is not a guarantee.
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments to avoid a fee.
For your convenience, you may fill out your new patient forms securely online, or print and bring them to the office.
